Have you ever worked at a place that you enjoyed waking up every morning, ready to give you're all to. You have devoted several years of your life to the job, then one day the position that you worked so hard for is open. You are then looked over for the possiblity for the promotion and it is given to someone that you have trained. Now the person that you trained is now your boss.
So tell me in the corporate world, is it what you know or who you know. When you have dedicated 4 plus years of your life to get the best education possbile and it comes down to , are you rewarded or punished for being the best you that you can be. Because you would rather focus on getting the job done and being recognized on your hard work than making a friend that could possibly help you get the promotion, because you golfed with them or partied with them.
